    摘要:

    针对经验模式分解(EMD)分析强非平稳振动信号时包络线出现的过包络与欠包络问题,提出一种复合插值包络经验模式分解方法(CIEEMD)。该方法在定义信号非平稳系数及包络线端点衔接方法的基础上,使用单调分段三次Hermite插值(MPCHI)构造局部强非平稳信号包络,三次样条插值(CSI)构造局部平稳信号包络,形成复合插值包络线进而提高EMD分解精度。利用仿真信号分析验证了CIEEMD对强非平稳信号的适用性。以往复压缩机轴承间隙过大故障为研究对象,CIEEMD不仅分解性能优越,且包络谱的故障频率更为显著。

    Abstract:

    To settle the overshoot and undershoot problem of constructed envelops during the decomposition of strong nonstationary vibration signals by empirical mode decomposition (EMD), a composite interpolation envelope empirical mode decomposition (CIEEMD)method was proposed. Basing on the definition of signal nonstationary coefficients and the method of envelop endpoint connection, a composite interpolation envelope method was formed to improve the accuracy of EMD, in which monotonic piecewise cubic hermite interpolation method was usedto construct local nonstationary signal envelopsand cubic spline interpolation was used to construct local smooth signal envelops. The comparative analysis of simulated signals verified the effectiveness of CIEEMD for nonstationary signals. The CIEEMD was used to diagnose the vibration signals of oversized clearance fault in reciprocating compressor bearing.The results show that the proposed method not only has an excellent decomposition performance, but also gives a more significant fault frequency in envelope spectrum.
