    摘要:

    以配置HNC848B五轴数控系统的某JT-GL8-V立式五轴加工中心为基础,开发相应的UG后处理程序,解决五轴加工中转台预转、A轴超程、进刀、程序连刀等五轴核心技术问题。利用VERICUT软件建立相应的仿真平台,采用该后处理程序生成2个典型零件的加工程序。通过仿真和实际加工验证该五轴后处理安全、可靠,能够满足定向加工、钻孔、五轴联动的加工需求。

    Abstract:

    Based on JT-GL8-V five axis machining center equipped with HNC848B CNC system, a corresponding UG post processing program was developed to solve the five axis processing core technical problems, such as pre-rotation of five axis machine center table, over travel of A axis, feeding and program connection. A simulation platform was established by using VERICUT software; the post processing program was used to generate two typical parts processing programs.Through simulation and actual machining, the five axis post processing is verified to be safe and reliable,it can meet the machining requirements of directional machining, drilling and five axis linkage.
