    摘要:

    为研究跨距设计对主轴力学性能的影响,针对某型电主轴,根据经验公式计算最佳跨距的理论值以及进行不同跨距下固有频率与静刚度变化规律的仿真。通过主轴静刚度加载实验,验证主轴轴承刚度,避免对仿真模型产生影响。基于设定的边界条件,建立模态分析仿真模型及静刚度仿真模型;改变主轴跨距,分析其径向1阶固有频率及径向静刚度的变化规律,分析并总结电主轴的设计跨距对力学性能的影响程度;结合最佳跨距的理论计算值,提出电主轴跨距设计的一般原则。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of the spindle span design on the dynamic mechanical properties, the best span of a certain type of electric spindle was calculated based on relevant empirical formula, and the natural frequency and static stiffness under different spans were simulated. The stiffness of spindle bearing was verified through the static stiffness loading experiment of spindle to avoid the influence on the simulation model. Based on the boundary condition set for simulation model, a modal analysis simulation model and a static analysis simulation model were established;by changing the span of the spindle, the first order natural frequency and radial static stiffness of the spindle were analyzed, and the influence degree of the design span of the motorized spindle on mechanical properties was analyzed and summarized; based on the theoretical calculation value of the best span, the general principle of motorized spindle span design was put forward.
