    摘要:

    为解决柔性制造系统(FMS)实时数据采集的问题,对EtherCAT实时性、传输效率进行分析;针对FMS设备进行主从站的建立,并进行主站与从站的通信测试。结果表明:EtherCAT兼容多种以太网协议,并且对于实时数据的传输效率更高,多设备的I/O信号响应快,可以预见EtherCAT将逐渐成为智能工厂的主流实时数据通信协议。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of FMS real-time data acquisition, EtherCAT real-time performance and transmission efficiency were analyzed; the master and slave stations were established for FMS devices, and the communication test between master and slave stations was carried out. The results show that EtherCAT is compatible with a variety of Ethernet protocols and has higher real-time data transmission efficiency, and the I/O signal response from multiple devices is fast. It is predicted that EtherCAT will gradually become the mainstream real-time data communication protocol in intelligent factories.
