    摘要:

    应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对航空液压系统压接直管振动特性进行了仿真分析。在得出压接管振动特性的基础上,提出在压接管接口增加额外激励信号来有效减少管道振动的方案,分别从激励信号频率和幅值两个角度研究激励信号对管道减振效果。结果表明:当基础振动频率与减振激励频率相等、幅值相等﹑方向相反时,管道减振效果最好。

    Abstract:

    ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to simulate and analyze the vibration characteristics of crimped straight pipe in an aeronautical hydraulic system. On the basis of obtaining the vibration characteristics of the crimped pipe, a scheme of adding an additional excitation signal to the crimped pipe interface was proposed to effectively reduce the vibration of the pipeline, and the vibration reduction effect was studied from the excitation frequency and amplitude of the excitation signal.The simulation results show that when the fundamental vibration frequency is equal to the vibration damping excitation frequency, the amplitude is the same, and the direction is opposite, the pipeline vibration damping effect is the best.
