    摘要:

    针对H公司规划的柴油机关键件生产线,提出2种生产线方案,并基于Plant Simulation平台建立仿真模型,分析月产量和设备利用率。结果表明:在产能与设备利用率方面,无论有无缓存区,方案1都远优于方案2;完成缓存区容量配置后,2种方案的产能与设备利用率都有较大提升;综合分析评估2种方案,方案1的性能更优。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the key parts production line of diesel engine planned by H company, two production line schemes were proposed, the simulation models were established based on Plant Simulation platform, and the monthly output and equipment utilization rate were analyzed. The results show that the scheme one is far better than the scheme two in terms of capacity and equipment utilization regardless of whether there is cache; after the cache capacity configuration is completed, the capacity and equipment utilization of the 〖JP3〗two schemes are greatly improved; after comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the two schemes, the scheme one has better performance.
