    摘要:

    针对往复机构结构复杂、激励源多且运行速度不稳定导致测试信号存在非平稳特征的问题,提出一种基于广义〖JP2〗相位信息的往复机械系统故障诊断方法。以某选定机件的工作周期为参照相位基准,统一标定各零部件的工作状态信号,利用广义相位差反映各零部件的运动顺序特征。通过某典型往复机构摆臂系统的喘行故障诊断实例,验证该方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    In view of the non-stationary characteristics of test signal caused by the complex structure, multi excitation sources and unstable running speed of reciprocating mechanisms, a fault diagnosis method of reciprocating mechanical system was proposed based on the generalized phase information. Taking the working period of a selected part as the reference standard, the working state signals of each part were uniformly calibrated, and the movement order characteristics of parts were reflected with the generalized phase difference. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by a typical fault diagnosis of discontinuous moving of the swing arm of reciprocating mechanism.
