    摘要:

    为简化转子结构的建模与分析过程,对某高速永磁电机转子进行研究,并利用等效质量和刚度的方法建立等效实心转子模型。利用ANSYS对该等效模型进行模态分析,并通过锤击实验对仿真结果进行验证。结果表明:通过该简化模型获取的前2阶固有频率与实验结果的误差小于5%,验证了该方法的可靠性。研究结果为分析高速永磁电机转子模态提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to simplify the modeling and analysis process of the rotor structure,the rotor of a high speed permanent magnet motor was studied,and an equivalent solid rotor model was established by using the method of equivalent mass and stiffness.The modal analysis of the equivalent model was carried out by using ANSYS,and the simulation results were verified by the hammer test.The results show that the error between the first two natural frequencies obtained by the simplified model and the experimental results is less than 5%,and the reliability of this method is verified.The research results provide reference for analyzing rotor modal of high speed permanent magnet motor.
