    摘要:

    再制造成本是判断零部件是否具有再制造价值的主要依据之一。为了提高再制造成本预测精度,提出基于平滑指数法的废旧零部件再制造成本预测模型。该模型通过对废旧零部件的失效特征分析,结合专家评估对失效特征进行有效的区域量化和归一化处理,采用高维空间求欧氏距离的方法求相似度,根据废旧零部件失效特征数据与历史已完成再制造数据的相似度,选取相似度较高的已完成再制造成本数据,采用平滑指数法计算废旧零部件的再制造成本,实现了在少量历史样本数据的情况下,对废旧零部件再制造成本的预测。最后,通过实例验证了该模型的准确性和实用性。

    Abstract:

    Remanufacturing cost is one of the main basis for judging whether components have remanufacturing value. In order to improve the accuracy of remanufacturing cost prediction, a remanufacturing cost prediction model based on the smoothing index method was proposed.Through the model,the failure characteristics of waste parts were analyzed;combined with expert evaluation,the failure characteristics were quantified and normalized effectively. Finding Euclidean distance method through high-dimensional space was used to find the similarity.According to the similarity between the failure characteristic data and the historical completed remanufacturing data,the completed remanufacturing cost data with higher similarity were selected, and the smoothing index method was used to calculate the remanufacturing cost of scrap parts.So the prediction of parts remanufacturing costs was realized in the case of a small amount of historical sample data. Finally, an example verifies the accuracy and practicability of the model.
