    摘要:

    柔性钻杆是超短半径水平井钻井工具的重要组成部分,其结构设计的好坏直接影响钻井工具的工作性能。根据柔性钻杆的强度条件以及与导向筛管的几何关系,得到了满足不同井眼曲率半径的柔性钻杆结构参数;考虑球头柱键与凹槽的接触非线性及柔性钻杆的材料非线性特性,采用有限单元法建立了单节柔性钻杆有限元模型;对不同结构参数的柔性钻杆进行了仿真分析,均满足强度和刚度的要求,验证了柔性钻杆参数化设计的合理性。该研究成果可为超短半径水平井柔性钻具的结构设计提供理论参考。

    Abstract:

    Flexible drill pipe is an important part of drilling tools for ultra-short radius horizontal wells, and its structural design directly affects the working performance of drilling tools. According to the strength condition of the flexible drill pipe and the geometric relationship with the guide screen, the structural parameters of the flexible drill pipe satisfying different radii of curvature of the wellbore were obtained; the non-linear contact between the ball head column key and the groove and the material difference of the flexible drill pipe were considered, a single-section flexible drill pipe finite element model was established by using the finite element method; simulation analysis of flexible drill pipes with different structural parameters was carried out. They all meet the requirements of strength and rigidity, verifying the rationality of the parameterized design of flexible drill pipes. The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the structural design of flexible drilling tools for ultra-short-radius horizontal wells.
