    摘要:

    针对铸造钛合金ZTC4材质的弱刚度细长梁结构件加工变形问题,借助有限元仿真方法对该加工过程进行分析,并根据仿真预测出来的零件变形量数据,结合镜像补偿加工的方法完成了试验验证。通过建立细长梁数控侧铣加工的三维有限元仿真模型,预测出零件本体在不同位置处的变形量范围,并以此为基础利用数控铣床进行试验验证。结果表明,无补偿的加工方式零件的表面质量差,而补偿加工后的零件表面,其平面度和直线度误差都有较大幅度的降低,下降幅度分别为17%和33%,从而确定了补偿加工的方式能够有效降低该弱刚度结构件的形状误差,提升其加工精度。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of machining deformation of weak rigidity and slender beam with casting titanium alloy ZTC4,the machining process was analyzed by using finite element simulation method, and the experimental verification was completed according to the deformation data predicted by simulation and the method of mirror compensation processing. Through the establishment of a threedimensional finite element simulation model of slender beam CNC side milling, the deformation range of the part body at different positions was predicted, and based on this, the numerical control milling machine was used for experimental verification. The results show that the noncompensation processing method will lead to the deterioration of the surface quality of the parts, and the flatness and straightness of the parts surface after compensation processing are greatly reduced, and the reduction ranges are 17% and 33%, respectively. Therefore, it is determined that the compensation processing method can be used to effectively reduce the shape error of the weak stiffness structural part and improve its machining accuracy.
