    摘要:

    在42CrMo基板上激光熔覆单道钴基合金涂层,采用正交试验,探究激光功率、送粉速率、扫描速度、光斑直径等4个工艺参数对熔覆层几何形貌和稀释率的影响规律。结果表明:激光功率和扫描速度对熔覆高度和熔覆宽度影响较大,激光功率和光斑直径对稀释率影响最大。结合稀释率和熔覆高度与熔覆宽度比值综合评价,获得最优工艺参数组合为激光功率1 600 W、扫描速度13 mm/s、送粉速率24 g/min、光斑直径3 mm。

    Abstract:

    Co based alloy coating with single pass on 42CrMo substrate was carried out by laser cladding, the influence of laser power, powder feeding rate, scanning speed and spot diameter on the geometric morphology and dilution ratio of cladding layer was investigated through orthogonal test. The results show that the laser power and scanning speed have great influence on the cladding height and width, and the laser power and spot diameter have the greatest influence on the dilution ratio. Combined with the comprehensive evaluation of dilution ratio and the ratio of cladding height and cladding width, the optimal process parameters combination is laser power 1 600 W, scanning speed 13 mm/s, powder feeding rate 24 g/min and spot diameter 3 mm.
