    摘要:

    为满足GB/T 19155—2017标准中高处作业吊篮用提升机的性能检测要求,设计一套提升机性能检测系统。该系统包括上位机单元、下位控制单元、传感器与数据采集单元和机械结构单元。采用Visual Basic语言开发上位机主控制程序,提出一种上位机软件与PLC的协同控制方法。利用该软件实时监控PLC各端口状态,并通过改写PLC内部辅助继电器通道值的方式控制输出,使系统能够根据检验员设定的检测项目和参数执行不同的检测流程;将检测数据存储至MySQL数据库并自动生成检测报告。结果表明:所设计的系统的自动化程度高、运行稳定且检测结果可靠。

    Abstract:

    A testing system conforming to the standard GB/T 19155—2017 for the hoist used for temporarily installed suspended access equipment was designed. The system includes the host computer unit, lower control unit, sensors and data acquisition unit, mechanical structure unit. The main control program was developed by using Visual Basic language and the cooperative control method between the host computer software and the PLC was proposed. The status of PLC ports were monitored in real time and the PLC internal auxiliary relay channels’ value could be changed by the software to control output in order to perform different detection processes according to the testing items and parameters set by the inspector; the test data was stored in the MySQL database and the detection report was automatically generated. The results show that the designed system is highly automated, stable and reliable.
