    摘要:

    在分析某型双级保护大流量安全阀工作原理的基础上,建立双级保护安全阀的数学模型;借助AMESim16.0软件建立双级保护大流量安全阀及包含安全阀的支架液压仿真模型,进行仿真分析,得到安全阀开启压力、流量特性曲线。为进一步探究影响双级保护大流量安全阀开启压力、流量特性的因素,改变一级直动阀的直径、二级差动阀进液口直径及二级差动阀芯小端直径并在支架液压模型中进行仿真分析。结果表明:一级直动阀阀芯直径为11.5 mm时,开启压力为40 MPa;给定进液口为直径34 mm、二级差动阀芯小端直径为30 mm时,二级差动阀开启压力约为45 MPa。仿真结果为更好地应用双级保护大流量安全阀提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Based on the analysis of the working principle of a twostage protection large flow safety valve, the mathematical model of the twostage protection safety valve was established; the hydraulic simulation models of the twostage protection large flow safety valve and the support including the safety valve were established by using the AMESim16.0 software, and the simulation analysis was conducted to obtain the cracking pressure and flow characteristic curve of the safety valve. In order to further explore the factors affecting the cracking pressure and flow characteristics of the twostage protection large flow safety valve, the diameter of the firststage directacting valve, the inlet diameter of the secondstage differential valve and the smallend diameter of the secondstage differential valve were changed, and the simulation analysis was carried out in the support hydraulic model.The results show that the cracking pressure is 40 MPa when the valve core diameter of the firststage directacting valve is 11.5 mm; the cracking pressure of the secondstage differential valve is 45 MPa when the inlet diameter is 34 mm and the small end diameter of the secondary differential valve is 30 mm. The simulation results provide reference for better application of the two-stage protection large flow safety valve.
