Abstract:Hydraulic drive system is widely used to drive mine transport vehicles because of its advantages of high power density and strong load-bearing capacity, but the traditional hydraulic drive system uses the transmission method of internal combustion enginevariable pump-valve-variable motor, which has the disadvantage of low energy efficiency. In order to solve the above problems, a variable speed hydraulic drive system scheme was proposed. The transmission method of variable speed motor-fixed pump-energy storage-quantitative motor was used to improve energy efficiency and simplify the controller structure. By using the controller to control the 〖JP+1〗motor speed, the vehicle speed control was realized. In order to improve the control performance of the mine transport vehicle system, the active disturbance rejection controller was improved. The results show that the variable speed hydraulic drive system is adapted to the mine transport vehicle; and the designed control system has higher accuracy, better stability and stronger disturbance rejection ability.
