    摘要:

    电磁平衡头自锁力矩具有驱动和自锁作用,其评价指标分别为自锁力矩一个步距角内做功和自锁力矩峰值。在保持齿盘参数不变的前提下,通过建立平衡头自锁磁路的三维模型,基于Ansoft Maxwell-3D瞬态求解器,采用有限元分析方法,研究不同永磁体数量、材料、形状和位置参数下自锁力矩峰值、做功及其比值的变化规律。结果表明:自锁力矩峰值、整周期做功随永磁体数量、长度、直径的增加而增加,随气隙增加而减小,随偏心率变化呈抛物线改变;峰功比在磁路轴向投影不变时近似为常数0.34,在永磁体数量变化时近似为0.31,随永磁体直径的增加呈指数减小。

    Abstract:

    The selflocking torque of electromagnetic balancer has the functions of driving and selflocking,and its evaluation indexes are the work done within a step angle of selflocking torque and the peak value of selflocking torque.On the premise of keeping the parameters of the gear disk unchanged,by establishing a threedimensional model of the selflocking magnetic circuit of the balancing head, based on the transient solver of Ansoft Maxwell-3D,the variation law of the peak value of the selflocking torque,the power done and their ratio under different permanent magnet quantity,material,shape and position parameters was studied by using the finite element analysis method.The results show that the peak value of selflocking torque and the power done in the whole period increase with the increase of the number,length and diameter of the permanent magnet,but decrease with the increase of the gas gap;the ratio of the peak selflocking torque to the power is approximately constant 0.34 when the axial projection of the magnetic circuit is constant,it is approximately 0.31 when the number of permanent magnets change,it decreases exponentially with the increase of the diameter of permanent magnet.
