    摘要:

    研究往复压缩机气阀故障原理,在2D90MG两列一级往复压缩机实验平台上对进气阀、排气阀进行一系列破坏性实验,模拟气阀的各类故障,最大限度地保证采集到的振动信号与实际情况相符。通过设计气阀故障模拟实验,搭建实验平台,采集气阀振动信号数据。通过分析所采集到的振动信号的时域波形与频谱,总结气阀振动信号特征,对气阀故障类别进行初步诊断。

    Abstract:

    The failure principle of reciprocating compressor air valve was studied, a series of destructive experiments were carried out on the 2D-90MG two-row one-stage reciprocating compressor test platform for the inlet valve and exhaust valve, and various kinds of fault simulation of the air valve were carried out to ensure that the vibration signals collected were consistent with the actual situation to the greatest extent. Through the design of air valve fault simulation experiment, the experimental platform was set up to collect the air valve vibration signal data. By analyzing the vibration signal data in time domain and frequency spectrum, the vibration signal characteristics of air valve were summarized, and the fault types of the air valve were preliminarily diagnosed.
