    摘要:

    为防止牵引式新型采棉机实际采棉过程中垂直摘锭采摘头中滚筒、脱棉刷以及其他工作部件出现卡死不转等故障,设计能量回收式采棉头间距控制液压系统,防止采摘头摘锭刮擦棉株、破坏棉田,实现在采棉箱翻转下降时的重力势能回收,利用回收能量控制两组采棉头的距离。通过AMESim对采棉头防卡液压系统进行仿真,结果表明:在棉箱翻转卸棉过程中,蓄能器收集的能量可供3组采棉头防卡液压缸往复工作2次,且系统压力和流量均满足要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to prevent the roller, cotton removal brush and other working parts in the picking head of the vertical picking spindle of the traction new cotton picker from being stuck during the actual cotton picking process, an energy recovery cotton picking head spacing control hydraulic system was designed to prevent the picking head from scraping the cotton plant and destroying the cotton field. The gravity potential energy recovery was realized when the cotton box was flipped and dropped, and the recovered energy was used to control the distance between the two groups of cotton heads. The hydraulic system of cotton head anti-card was simulated by using AMESim. The results show that the energy collected by the accumulator can be used to work twice in the process of cotton box flipping and unloading, and the pressure and flow rate of the system meet the requirements.
