    摘要:

    分析伺服阀零位流量增益、零位压力增益、零位流量压力增益系数、零位内泄漏流量的重要作用,并利用伺服阀测试曲线说明阀芯、阀套锐边的磨损是导致伺服阀零位特性下降和零位内泄漏流量增加的主要原因。提出根据不同工况,将零位特性较差的伺服阀更换使用位置,不仅可以降低设备维护成本,同时可保障伺服液压系统性能和产品质量。

    Abstract:

    The important roles of servo valve zero flow gain, zero pressure gain, zero flow pressure gain coefficient and zero position internal leakage were analyzed, the test curve of the servo valve was used to show that the wear of the sharp edge of the valve core and valve sleeve was the main reason for the decline of the servo valve zero position characteristic and the increase of the leakage flow in the zero position. According to different working conditions, changing the position of the servo valve with poor zero position characteristics can not only reduce the cost of equipment maintenance, but also ensure the performance of the servo hydraulic system and product quality.
