    摘要:

    通过分析轴承的不同加热方式,并结合风电机组需装配零件的结构特点和生产工序,研究谐振电源加热技术并实施。主轴承内外圈和滚子之间有一定的游隙,加热时需要控制内外圈的加热温差。通过研究加热原理、方法,结合需加热产品参数,开发一拖二全数字化IGBT谐振电源加热设备。结果表明:所设计的设备能够有效解决目前风力发电机组制造过程中的轴承加热速度慢、温度控制精度不高的问题。

    Abstract:

    Through the analysis of different heating methods, combined with the structural characteristics and production procedures of wind turbine parts to be assembled, the resonant power heating technology was researched and implemented.There is a certain clearance between the inner and outer rings of the main bearing and the roller, so it is necessary to control the temperature difference between the inner and outer rings during heating. By studying the heating principle and method, combined with the parameters of the products to be heated, the one driving two full digital IGBT resonant power supply heating equipment was developed. The results show that by using the designed equipment, the problems of slow bearing heating speed and low temperature control accuracy in the current wind turbine manufacturing process can be effectively solved.
