    摘要:

    在某大型微波暗室测试平台内的升降支撑系统建成后的功能测试过程中发现,该系统自身加速下降、下降故障急停时升降机构因扭矩过大会造成传动机构受损和系统性操作安全隐患。为解决上述问题,在系统升降导轨侧面安装特制液压抱轨器。结果表明:当支撑系统停止或急停时,通过抱轨器的夹持力将直线导轨牢牢夹紧,保证支撑系统的定位稳定性和定位精度,避免对导轨、传动机构产生冲击和损伤,有效提高了升降支撑系统下降运行的安全可靠性。

    Abstract:

    In the process of functional testing of the lifting support system in a large microwave anechoic chamber,it was found that the torque of the lifting mechanism was too large due to the accelerated decent or emergency stop of the system,which would cause the failure of the transmission mechanism or other unsafe hidden dangers.To solve the above problems,a special hydraulic rail holding device was installed on the side of the system lifting guide rail.The results show that when the support system stops or stops suddenly,the linear guide rail is clamped firmly by the rail holding device,it can ensure the positioning stability and accuracy of the support system and avoid the impulsion and damage to the guide rail and transmission mechanism,so as to improve the safety and reliability of the lifting support system.
