    摘要:

    根据捣固车用捣固装置的特点,在明确捣固装置激振原理和可行方案的基础之上,针对可实现液压激振的几种方式进行深入研究和可行性分析,通过对比其激振原理、结构形式、可靠性、可行性等,最终选取伺服阀+伺服缸组合实现液压激振的方案设计。基于伺服阀+伺服缸总体方案以及捣固装置振动要求的参数,对伺服液压激振驱动方案的设计选型、计算进行详细阐述。该设计方案为我国新型捣固装置的研发及应用提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    According to the application characteristics of tamping device for tamping vehicle, on the basis of clarifying the excitation principle and feasible scheme of tamping device, the feasibility of several ways to realize hydraulic excitation was studied and analyzed. By comparing the excitation principle, structural form, reliability and feasibility, the combination of servo valve and servo cylinder was finally selected to realize hydraulic excitation. Based on the overall scheme of servo valve + servo cylinder and the parameters of vibration requirements of tamping device, the design and selection calculation of servo hydraulic excitation drive scheme were elaborated in detail. The design scheme provides reference for the development and application of domestic new tamping device.
