Abstract:According to the application characteristics of tamping device for tamping vehicle, on the basis of clarifying the excitation principle and feasible scheme of tamping device, the feasibility of several ways to realize hydraulic excitation was studied and analyzed. By comparing the excitation principle, structural form, reliability and feasibility, the combination of servo valve and servo cylinder was finally selected to realize hydraulic excitation. Based on the overall scheme of servo valve + servo cylinder and the parameters of vibration requirements of tamping device, the design and selection calculation of servo hydraulic excitation drive scheme were elaborated in detail. The design scheme provides reference for the development and application of domestic new tamping device.
