To solve the problem of low quality and high manufacturing cost caused by manual assembly,an modular automatic assembly workstation of fire extinguisher head was designed through analysis and optimization of the assembly action of each assembly unit,loading station,transfer form and process parameters.The results show that the designed modular workstation can be used to realize high precision,high speed and automation of assembly action of each part of the head,the production efficiency,productivity and product quality are greatly improved while reducing production cost.
