    摘要:

    为减轻故障对控制系统造成的影响,提出一种基于改进遗传算法的系统控制方法。对电液伺服系统的3种常见故障进行建模,利用改进后的遗传算法对PID控制器参数进行优化并与其他算法控制效果进行对比。仿真结果表明:该方法不仅可以提高系统正常运转时的控制性能,而且可以在系统出现一定程度的故障时仍能维持较好的控制性能。在冶金、电力及水利等行业,利用该方法可以减少故障维修的停机次数,降低企业大资产设备维护成本和停产损失。

    Abstract:

    A system control method based on improved genetic algorithm was proposed to reduce the impact caused by faults in the control system. Three kinds of common faults of electro-hydraulic servo system were modeled, and the parameters of PID controller were optimized by using improved genetic algorithm and compared with other control algorithms. The simulation results show that by using this method, not only the control performances of the system in normal conditions can be improved, but also the control performance can be maintained when a certain fault occurs. In fields of metallurgy, electricity and water conservancy, by using this method, the number of downtime of fault maintenance can be reduced, and the maintenance cost of large assets equipment and the loss of production can be reduced.
