    摘要:

    为满足航空发动机静子组件叶形孔精密测量要求,基于机器视觉,设计非接触式四轴叶形孔测量系统。该系统主要由三轴运动机构、高精度气浮转台、工业相机、光源、夹具和工控PC机组成。为获取叶形孔边缘的坐标值,将采集的图像在上位机上进行中值滤波、二值化、前景区域分离、区域选择、图形学处理、边缘提取、边缘坐标值提取,最终实现静子组件叶形孔线轮廓度的测量。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the requirements for precise measurement of the bladeshaped hole of the stator of aeroengine,a noncontact fouraxis bladeshaped hole measurement system was designed based on the method of machine vision.The system was mainly composed of threeaxis motion mechanism,highprecision airfloating turntable,industrial camera,light source,fixture and industrial PC.In order to obtain the coordinate value of the edge of the bladeshaped hole,the collected image was subjected to median filtering,binarization,foreground area separation,area selection,graphics processing,edge extraction,edge coordinate value extraction and coordinate transformation on the host computer,and the measurement of line profile of bladeshaped hole was finally realized.
