    摘要:

    了解决绿色制造背景下机床夹具的选择问题,提出一种基于机床夹具综合价值的评价选择方法。建立机床夹具的评价指标体系,运用熵权法求得评价指标的客观权重,进而对机床夹具的客观价值进行求解;依据选择方对各项指标的期望和偏好,得出机床夹具的偏好符合度;由机床夹具的客观价值和偏好符合度,结合比重系数,求解机床夹具的综合价值,为选择方的决策提供参考依据;给出具体实例说明了该方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of selection of machine tool fixture under the background of green manufacturing, an evaluation and selection method based on comprehensive value was put forward. The evaluation index system of fixture was constructed, the entropy weight method was used to obtain the objective weight of each index,then the objective value of fixture was calculated. According to the expectation and preference of the chooser for each index, the preference compliance degree of fixture was figured out.Then, combining with the specific gravity coefficient,the comprehensive value of fixture was obtained according to the two factors, which could provide reference for the decision-making of the selection party. Finally, a specific example was given to prove the effectiveness of the method.
