    摘要:

    针对超大直径泥水盾构破碎机回油管路损坏现象,对大流量液压系统管路瞬变流产生的原因进行分析。根据现场测试数据进行理论分析,针对破碎机油缸启动和停止瞬间回油管路瞬变流冲击问题,提出提高管路承压能力、加装回油单向阀和加装管路蓄能器3种预防超大流量管路瞬变流危害的方案,并分别进行了实验研究。结果表明:在回油管路加装蓄能器,可以有效减小瞬变流管路中压力冲击峰值,预防管路的损害,为超大型工程机械液压系统的设计提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The causes of transient flow in large-flow hydraulic system pipeline were analyzed based on the phenomenon of return pipe damage in super-large diameter mud water shield crusher.According to the field test data,the theoretical analysis was carried out.For the problem of transient flow impact on the return pipeline at the start and stop of the crushing cylinder,three kinds of methods to prevent transient flow hazard for super-large flow pipeline were put forward and tested respectively,including improving pressure capacity of the pipeline,installing return check valve and installing accumulator in the pipeline.And the experimental research was carried out respectively.The test results show that installing an accumulator in the return pipeline can effectively reduce the peak pressure impact in the transient flow pipeline and prevent the damage to pipeline,which provides reference for the design of hydraulic system of super-large construction machinery.
