    摘要:

    建立带有矩形微观织构配流盘的配流副数学模型,运用有限差分法求解极坐标下的Reynolds方程和能量方程,通过松弛迭代法得到符合精度要求的离散数值解,并将数值解导入MATLAB做出油膜压力云图、温度云图和弹性变形云图。最后改变矩形织构的参数得到配流副的润滑特性值,对比结果发现:织构的边长越大,润滑效果越好,但是不同的边长对应的最佳织构深度并不同。

    Abstract:

    The mathematical model of port plate pair with rectangular micro-texture was established, the finite difference method was used to solve Reynolds equation and energy equation in polar coordinates, the discrete numerical solution which was in accordance with the accuracy requirements was obtained through the relaxation iteration method. The numerical solution was imported into MATLAB to draw nephograms of oil film pressure, temperature and elastic deformation. Finally, the lubrication characteristics of the port plate pair were obtained by changing the parameters of the rectangular micro-texture.The results show that the larger the micro-texture side length is, the better the lubrication effect is, but once the side lengths are different, the corresponding optimal micro-texture depths are different.
