Abstract:For the maintenance problem of wind power gearbox,a wind turbine gearbox operation status comprehensive monitoring system based on cloud-fog collaborative computing was proposed.The ARM-based data terminal was used to carry out on-line monitoring of wind power gearbox mechanical vibration and oil multi-parameter;field data were transmitted to the fog nodes through 4G,NB-IOT and short message modes of the mobile communication network;data analysis results of wind power gearbox at different levels were obtained through the cloud-fog collaborative architecture processing monitoring data,so the rapid real-time intelligent monitoring and the overall coordination of wind power systems were realized.The results show that the overall response speed and overall performance of the monitoring system are improved by dividing the computing capacity of cloud computing and fog computing in this system,which has positive significance for enterprises to reduce the maintenance cost of wind power gearbox and improve the economic benefits of wind power.
