    摘要:

    针对风电齿轮箱的维护问题,提出基于云雾协同计算的风电齿轮箱运行状态综合监测系统。采用基于ARM的数据终端对风电齿轮箱的机械振动、油液的多参数进行在线监测;通过移动通信网的4G、NB-IOT和短报文方式将现场数据传入雾节点;通过云雾协同的架构处理监测数据,得到不同层次的风电机组齿轮箱数据分析结果,实现实时快速智能监测和风电系统的整体统筹。结果表明:该系统通过云计算和雾计算的计算能力划分,提高了监测系统的整体响应速度与整体性能,对企业降低运行风电齿轮箱维护成本、提高风电经济效益具有积极意义。

    Abstract:

    For the maintenance problem of wind power gearbox,a wind turbine gearbox operation status comprehensive monitoring system based on cloud-fog collaborative computing was proposed.The ARM-based data terminal was used to carry out on-line monitoring of wind power gearbox mechanical vibration and oil multi-parameter;field data were transmitted to the fog nodes through 4G,NB-IOT and short message modes of the mobile communication network;data analysis results of wind power gearbox at different levels were obtained through the cloud-fog collaborative architecture processing monitoring data,so the rapid real-time intelligent monitoring and the overall coordination of wind power systems were realized.The results show that the overall response speed and overall performance of the monitoring system are improved by dividing the computing capacity of cloud computing and fog computing in this system,which has positive significance for enterprises to reduce the maintenance cost of wind power gearbox and improve the economic benefits of wind power.
