    摘要:

    为解决机器视觉在生产加工装配中的定位问题,提出基于Vision Master和小步长天牛须算法的快速定位方法。采用最小二乘圆拟合对图像进行ROI区域提取;采用Sobel算子对待定位图像进行边缘处理,并对定位工件建立数学模型;为抑制图像复杂背景的干扰,通过傅里叶正反变换对图像进行滤波处理;通过小步长天牛须算法对模型进行求解。利用所提方法对不同型号、不同类别工件进行装配。结果表明:该方法定位准确率达到98.57%以上,误差控制在1.5%以下,满足实际装配要求,可有效解决装配过程中定位问题,具有实际应用价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the positioning problem of machine vision in the assembly process,a fast positioning method based on Vision Master and small-step beetle algorithm was proposed.The least squares method of circle fitting was used to extract the ROI region of the image;the Sobel operator was used to deal with the outlines of the image,and the mathematical model for the positioning workpiece was established;to suppress the interference of the complex background,the image was filtered by using Fourier inverse transform;the model was solved by using the small-step beetle algorithm.The proposed method was used to assemble different models and types of workpiece.The results show that the positioning accuracy of this method is more than 9857%,and the error is controlled less than 15%,which meets the actual assembly requirements and can effectively solve the positioning problems in the assembly process.It has practical application value.
