    摘要:

    针对水暖卫浴产品中钻孔和攻丝加工的需求,以标准华中8型数控系统(HNC8)为二次开发平台,设计具有对称结构的钻攻组合机床整体方案,提出利用用户宏程序和G代码实现手摇示教功能的方法,能保证刚性攻丝情况下轴向进给量与主轴旋转角度之间的同步关系;利用HNC8配置双通道参数和开发交互界面,实现组合机床的双通道并行加工。结果表明:该机床操作便捷,加工精度和生产效率高。

    Abstract:

    For the requirements of drilling and threading in plumbing and sanitary products, the whole scheme of drilling and tapping combined machine tool was designed based on the secondary development platform of standard HNC8, and a method to realize the manual teach-in function using user macro programs and G codes was proposed, which could ensure the relationship between the synchronous axial feed and spindle rotation angle under rigid tapping; HNC8 was used to configure dual-channel parameters and to develop interactive interface so as to realize dual-channel parallel machining of modular machine tools. The results show that the machine tool is easy to operate, with high machining accuracy and high production efficiency.
