    摘要:

    针对自动化拆卸设备中需要提前识别螺钉类型、更换匹配不同类型螺钉螺丝刀等原因造成的拆卸效率低、设备复杂等问题,设计一种自动化拆卸新型螺丝刀。利用TRIZ理论确定传统螺丝刀不能同时拆卸十字槽和一字槽螺钉这一物理矛盾。通过分析十字螺丝刀和一字螺丝刀结构特征的异同,采用时间分离原理中的动态化原理设计新型螺丝刀的初始方案。为克服该设计方案的物-场模型中缺少场的缺陷,通过TRIZ理论的一般解法对结构进行优化,完成新型螺丝刀的设计。结果表明:该螺丝刀具有结构简单、可满足不同拆卸场景的需求和节省拆卸时间等优点,提升了自动化拆卸效率,有助于完善自动化拆卸设备的功能。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of low disassembly efficiency and complex equipment caused by identifying screw types in advance and replacing screwdriver to match different types screws in automatic disassembly equipment,a new automatic disassembly screwdriver was designed.The physical conflict that the traditional screwdriver could not disassemble cross recessed screw and slotted head screw at the same time was determined by using the TRIZ theory.By analyzing the similarities and differences of the structure characteristics of the cross screwdrivers and the straight screwdrivers,the initial plan of the new screwdriver was designed by using the dynamic principle of the time separation principle.To overcome the defect of the substance-field model of the designed plan,the general solution method of TRIZ theory was adopted to optimize the structure and the design of the new screwdriver was completed.The results show that the new screwdriver has the advantages of simple structure,meeting the needs of different disassembly scenes and saving disassembly time,which improves the efficiency of automatic disassembly and helps to improve the function of automatic disassembly equipment.
