    摘要:

    通过PROFIBUS总线对断刀检测装置控制器进行组态;在西门子840D sl系统标准刀库界面上进行二次开发,用于设定刀表中的刀具是否需要进行断刀检测;通过NC换刀子程序和PLC程序的设定,实现NC与PLC的数据交换传输,从而将刀具是否需要检测和刀具长度等信息传送给PLC,PLC控制检测装置执行动作,并且把检测的刀具长度与实际数据进行比较,判断出是否断刀。此断刀检测装置已经应用于实际生产,可以避免由于断刀所引起的加工工件报废,从而提高效率、降低成本。

    Abstract:

    The controller of tool broken detection device was configured by PROFIBUS. Siemens 840D sl system standard magazine interface was redeveloped to implement tool broken detection setting, the data exchange between NC and PLC was realized through NC tool exchange subprogram and PLC program.Then tool messages like length, whether tools needed to be detected or not, were transmitted to PLC.Actions of detection device were controlled by PLC, and whether tools were broken or not was determined through comparison with the actual messages.The device has been actually used in the production to reduce reject rate caused by tool breaking, thereby the costs are reduced and the efficiency is improved.
