    针对现有常用齿轮切削方法在加工不同规格齿轮时存在限制较多的问题,提出一种新的齿轮切削方法。使用锥形立铣刀作为刀具,在齿宽方向上往复运动,并沿着节圆切线方向交替进给来实现切削;通过调整齿轮槽深、刀轨方向和分度角来改变齿轮加工的模数、压力角和齿数,并给出了斜齿轮加工和圆弧齿线齿轮加工的方法。使用五轴加工中心和通用铣床分别进行了实际切削试验。结果表明:五轴加工中心加工出的直齿轮的公法线长度偏差均在10 μm以内,具有较高的精度。与常规滚齿机加工相比,通用铣床(连接专用的进给同步装置)加工出的齿轮的齿廓最大误差为0.05 mm。该齿轮切削方法仅需使用一个锥形立铣刀就能够加工各种规格的齿轮,可有效满足定制化的小批量生产需求。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that existing commonly used gear cutting methods have many limitations when processing gears with different specifications, a new gear cutting method was proposed. A tapered end mill was used as a tool to reciprocate in the tooth width direction and alternately feed along the tangent direction of the pitch circle to achieve cutting. By adjusting the gear groove depth, tool path direction and indexing angle, the gear processing modulus, pressure angle and number of teeth were changed, and the method of helical gear processing and arc tooth line gear processing were given. A 5-axis machining center and a generalpurpose milling machine were used for actual cutting tests. The research results show that the common normal length deviations of the spur gears machined on the 5-axis machining center are all within 10 μm, which has high accuracy. Compared with conventional gear hobbing, the maximum error of tooth profile machined on a general milling machine (connected with a special feed synchronization device) is 0.05 mm. The proposed gear cutting method can be used to process gears with various specifications only by using a tapered end mill, which can effectively meet the needs of customized small batch production.
