Abstract:In order to realize the intelligent condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools,through analyzing the analysis model and interactive characteristics of CNC machine tool health diagnosis system,according to the fault types and structural characteristics of CNC machine tools,a graphical dynamic interactive platform for CNC machine tool health diagnosis system was developed by using Python.The overall architecture,data acquisition module,data processing module,diagnostic service module,human-computer interface of the system were designed.The platform can realize the functions of dynamic monitoring,fault analysis,status data display,information release and early warning.
