    摘要:

    针对活塞泵式湿喷机换向时出现瞬时冲击压力升高,严重影响液压系统元件的问题,提出利用AMESim平台建立S管阀换向系统仿真模型;研究不同比例阀的换向频率、油液体积模量和液压泵的排量对S管阀系统冲击的影响。结果表明:增加频率会缩短比例阀换向时间,系统趋向于不稳定,导致回程的波峰冲击力升高,因此在工程中应选用低频率,以增大换向时间,降低冲击力;在湿喷机运行过程中,体积模量小的液压油液振荡小,冲击力低,系统趋于平稳;当恒功率变量泵的排量增大时,系统起程的波峰冲击力降低、回程的波峰冲击力升高,适当减小排量可以降低比例阀换向时带来的冲击力。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problem that the instantaneous impact pressure increases when the piston pump wet spraying machine changes direction,which seriously affectes the hydraulic system,the simulation model of S-tube valve reversing system was established by using AMESim platform;the influences of different proportional valve reversing frequency,oil bulk modulus and hydraulic pump displacement on the impact of S-tube valve system were studied.The results show that as the frequency increases,the reversal time of the proportional valve can be shortened,the system tends to be unstable,and the return peak impact force is increased,therefore,a low frequency should be selected to increase the commutation time and reduce the impact force in the project;during the operation of the wet spraying machine,hydraulic oil with a small bulk modulus has small oscillation and impact force,so the system tends to be stable;when the displacement of the constant power variable pump is increased,the peak impact force of the system decreases at the start and the peak impact force increases on the return stroke,so appropriately reducing the displacement can reduce the impact force brought by the proportional valve reversing.
