    摘要:

    为解决气体静压导轨工作刚度不足问题,提出一种双边气膜刚度最优设计方法。根据气体润滑理论及简化假设推导了气膜压力分布的雷诺方程,基于有限差分法离散了气膜流场求解域和边界条件,在MATLAB中编制了压力分布的求解程序,积分得到气膜的承载力,再求导可得气膜刚度。分析导轨间隙、节流孔结构参数和供气压力等对导轨静态特性的影响规律,为静压导轨的设计制造提供参考。

    Abstract:

    An optimal design method of bilateral gas film stiffness was proposed to solve the problem of insufficient working stiffness of aerostatic guideway. The Reynolds equation of gas film pressure distribution was derived based on the gas lubrication theory and simplified assumption. The solution domain and boundary conditions of gas film flow field were discretized based on the finite difference method. Then the solution program of pressure distribution was compiled in MATLAB. The bearing capacity of gas film was obtained by integration, and the film stiffness was obtained by derivation. The influence of guiderail clearance, structure parameters of restrictor and air supply pressure on the static characteristics of guide rail was analyzed. It provides reference for the design and manufacture of aerostatic guideway.
