    摘要:

    可倾瓦轴承监测系统采集信号种类多,具有超多采集通道,实现通道任意可选比较困难。针对此问题,提出一种基于轮询枚举的方法,将循环索引和枚举型条件结构相结合并利用LabVIEW平台实现该算法。通过实验验证,该方法可以实现超多采集通道任意可选,对应通道数据存储也非常方便,便于对轴承单个瓦块进行数据采集分析。

    Abstract:

    The tilting pad bearing monitoring system collects many types of data and has super-multiple acquisition channels.It is difficult to realize arbitrary selection of channels.To solve this problem,a method based on polling enumeration was proposed,in which circular index and enumerated condition structure were combined.LabVIEW platform was used to implement the algorithm.Through experimental verification,this method can be used to realize arbitrary selection of acquisition channels,and the corresponding data storage is also very convenient,which is convenient for data acquisition and analysis of a single bearing block.
