    摘要:

    燃气轮机动力涡轮盘的枞树形榫槽通过拉削形成,大部分榫槽余量的切削是在粗拉工序进行。由于工件材料为高温合金,其强度大,同时被去除的余量较多,所以在粗拉削时易产生拉刀破损、崩刃。为解决粗拉刀存在的失效现象,提出一套切实可行的磨削方法。通过分析粗拉刀磨削时的温度场,在保证不被烧伤的前提下确定拉刀修磨的工艺参数;利用已确定的磨削参数对粗拉刀进行修磨加工,确定砂轮类型、切削液种类及最终修磨方法。结果表明:所提方法能保证粗拉刀的修磨质量。研究结果为拉刀修磨提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The fir tree tenon groove of the power turbine disk of the gas turbine is formed by broaching,and most of the tenon groove allowance is carried out in the rough broaching process. Because the workpiece material is high-temperature alloy,which with high strength and more allowance is removed at the same time,so it is easy to produce broach damage and collapse during rough broaching. In order to solve the failure of the rough broach,a practical grinding methods was put forward. Through the analysis of the temperature field during rough broach grinding,the process parameters of broach grinding were determined without being burned; the grinding wheel type,the cutting fluid type and the final grinding method were determined by using the grinding parameters of the rough broach.The results show that by using the method,the grinding quality of rough broach can be guaranteed. The research results provide reference for broach grinding.
