    摘要:

    为了优化龙门加工中心功能部件动作时序以提高生产效率,按照功能-运动-动作对龙门加工中心进行结构化分解,根据结构化分解和符号有向图提出了龙门加工中心功能部件动作模型。在模型分析过程中引入甘特图技术,辅助龙门加工中心换头换刀动作的设计工作。采用PMC控制结合宏程序的方法,实现新动作的立卧刀库换刀电气控制,提高了功能部件动作效率。

    Abstract:

    In order to optimize the action sequence of the functional components of the gantry machining center to improve production efficiency, the gantry machining center was structurally decomposed according to functions-movement-action, and its functional components action model was proposed based on the structured decomposition and the symbolic directed graph. In the model analysis process, Gantt chart technology was introduced to assist the design work of head change and tool change in the gantry machining center. The method of PMC control combined with macro program was adopted to realize the electrical control of tool change in the vertical and horizontal tool magazine with new actions. The action efficiency of functional components is improved.
