    摘要:

    针对电磁阀性能测试设备不方便携带等问题,设计一套基于单片机和Android手机终端的便携式电磁阀性能测试系统。以Android智能手机为数据处理中心,STC15W408AS单片机为主控芯片,结合511系列压力传感器、CC2540蓝牙模块等设备和控制软件,实现电磁阀状态数据采集、实时显示、性能测试和数据共享等功能。结果表明:借助Android Studio开发的手机APP充分体现人机交互的优势;该系统结构简单、使用方便、测试精度可靠,符合国家电磁阀性能测试标准,能够有效用于电磁阀的现场快速测试。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the solenoid valve performance test equipment is not convenient to carry,a portable solenoid valve performance test system based on microcontroller unit(MCU) and Android mobile phone terminal was designed.In the system,the Android smart phone was used as data processing center,STC15W408AS microcontroller was used as main control chip,combined with 511 series pressure sensor,CC2540 bluetooth module and other devices and control software,the functions of solenoid valve status data collection,real-time display,performance test and data sharing were achieved.The results show that the mobile APP developed with the help of Android Studio fully embodies the advantages of human-computer interaction;the system has the advantages of simple structure,convenient use,reliable test accuracy,meets the national solenoid valve performance test standard,and can be effectively used in the field rapid test of solenoid valve.
