    摘要:

    以新能源电池包智能装配车间为背景,针对自动引导车(AGV)的数量和运载能力对产线生产的影响进行研究。分析该智能装配车间的特点,设计基于物料整包配送的AGV响应规则;采用SIMIO软件建立实际生产场景的AGV物流仿真模型;以该智能车间的实际生产数据为例,结合统计学手段,采用方差分析、敏感性分析优化AGV数量和运载能力;进行49组全因子实验。结果表明:AGV数量对设备利用率、AGV平均利用率和AGV的行走路线总长度具有显著统计性影响;基于响应优化方法获得了最佳的AGV优化配置方案,为企业配置AGV提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Taking the intelligent assembly workshop of new energy battery pack as the background,the influence of the quantity and carrying capacity of automated guided vehicle(AGV)on the production line was studied.The characteristics of the intelligent assembly workshop were analyzed,AGV response rules based on the distribution of the whole package of materials were designed;the AGV logistics simulation model for actual production scenarios was established by using SIMIO software;taking the actual production data of the enterprises intelligent workshop as an example,combining statistical methods,ANOVA and sensitivity analysis were used to optimize the quantity and carrying capacity of AGV;49 groups of full-factor experiment were carried out.The results show that the number of AGV has a statistically significant impact on the equipment utilization rate,the average utilization rate of AGV and the total length of AGV travel routes;the optimal AGV configuration scheme is obtained based on the response optimization method,which provides reference for enterprises to configure AGV.
