    摘要:

    潜孔钻机变幅机构液控系统在主控阀换向过程中会产生较大的冲击与振动。为降低潜孔钻机变幅机构液控系统换向时的冲击,采用旋转比例阀对其进行控制。分析旋转比例阀与普通比例阀的区别,建立旋转比例阀的控制模型;分别采用普通比例阀和旋转比例阀对潜孔钻机的变幅系统进行控制,对比普通比例阀和旋转比例阀的控制特性。结果表明:采用旋转比例阀可有效抑制动臂举升油缸在换向时进油腔的压力冲击,使潜孔钻机变幅系统工作时更加平稳。

    Abstract:

    The luffing mechanism of DTH driller usually has great impact and vibration when the valve inverts. In order to reduce the impact, the rotary proportional valve was adopted to control it. The difference between rotary proportional valve and common proportional valve was analyzed, and the control model of rotary proportional valve was established; the common proportional valve and the rotary proportional valve were used to control the amplitude system of the DTH driller,the control characteristics of common proportional valve and rotary proportional valve were compared. The results show that by using the rotary proportional valve, the pressure impact of the boom lifting cylinder can be effectively suppressed, so the DTH driller amplitude system can work more smoothly.
