    摘要:

    在航空导管旋转弯曲疲劳试验过程中,由于偏载的施加导致挠度调节机构在旋转时质量分布不均匀,进而使得偏移控制盘所连接的轴承产生周向磨损,出现微小间隙,实际测得的波峰峰值比理论计算值大,会对试验的精确性造成影响。为此,提出质量平衡的改进方案。在偏移盘运动反方向添加平衡铅块,以保证不会出现偏心振动,进而消除波峰峰值过大的影响。结果表明:所提出的方案能够消除该机构因质量分布不均造成的峰值过大的影响。

    Abstract:

    In the process of rotating bending fatigue experiment of aviation duct, due to the application of eccentric load, the mass distribution of deflection adjustment mechanism during rotation is uneven, which leads to circumferential wear and small clearance of the bearing connected to the offset control panel, and the actual measured peak-to-peak value is larger than the theoretical calculation value, which will affect the accuracy of the experiment. Therefore, the improvement scheme for mass balance was put forward.A balance lead block in the opposite direction of the movement of the offset plate was added to ensure that there would be no eccentric vibration, so the influence of excessive peak-to-peak value was eliminated. The results show that by using the proposed scheme, the influence of excessive peak value caused by uneven mass distribution can be eliminated.
