    摘要:

    针对目前制造企业对切削加工单元低成本智能化升级改造的需求,提出以PLC为控制核心、HMI为人机交互媒介、工业机器人为搬运单元的智能化改造方案。数控车床、加工中心和工业机器人端由远程I/O模块通过Profinet工业以太网与PLC进行数据交换,在西门子TIA软件中完成远程I/O模块导入、系统硬件组态、PLC程序编制、HMI界面设计等,并与编制的工业机器人程序进行联调。结果表明:所提方案在提高作业安全水平、降低人员劳动强度、减少人员需求等方面具有积极作用。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the current manufacturing enterprisesdemand for low-cost and intelligent upgrade for cutting processing unit,an intelligent transformation scheme with PLC as the control core,HMI as the human-computer interaction medium and industrial robot as the handling unit was proposed.By using remote I/O modules,the data exchange between the CNC lathe,machining center and industrial robot with PLC was realized through Profinet industrial ethernet.The remote I/O module import,system hardware configuration,PLC programming,HMI interface design were completed in Siemens TIA software,and the debugging with the compiled industrial robot program was carried out.The results show that the proposed scheme has a positive role in improving the operation safety level, reducing personnel labor intensity and reducing personnel demand.
