    摘要:

    传统泵控系统由于溢流和节流损失产生较大能耗,同时需要根据系统需求的峰值功率进行选型,系统成本高。因此,提出一种基于6个活塞和18个开/关控制阀的数字液压动力管理系统的混合执行器。采用基于模型的控制器实现对混合执行器的有效控制,并对控制效果进行仿真验证。构建新型混合执行器系统液压回路简化图,建立数字液压动力管理系统、液压回路以及电动伺服电机数学模型。设计基于模型的控制器,实现对活塞以及数字液压动力管理系统的最优控制。采用MATLAB对基于数字液压动力管理系统的混合执行器进行仿真,并与传统阀控执行器的计算结果进行对比和分析。结果表明:采用基于数字液压动力管理系统的混合执行器活塞位置和速度跟踪误差分别减少61%和47%;基于数字液压动力管理系统的混合执行器的液压蓄能器会处理局部功率峰值,系统输入功率无较大波动,同时能耗也大大降低;采用基于数字液压动力管理系统的混合执行器可以有效控制活塞位置和速度,同时具有较高的能源效率。

    Abstract:

    Traditional pump control systems generate large energy consumption due to overflow and throttling losses,at the same time,it needs to be selected based on the peak power required by the system,which increases the system cost.Therefore,a hybrid actuator based on a digital hydraulic power management system with six pistons and 18 on/off control valves was proposed.A model-based controller was used to achieve effective control for the hybrid actuator and the control effect was also verified by simulation.A new type hybrid actuator system hydraulic circuit simplified diagram was constructed,and the mathematical models of the digital hydraulic power management system,hydraulic circuit and electric servo motor were established.A model-based controller was designed to achieve the optimal control for the piston and digital hydraulic power management system.MATLAB was used to simulate the hybrid actuator based on the digital hydraulic power management system,and compared and analyzed with the calculation results of traditional valve-controlled actuators.The results show that the piston position and speed tracking errors of the hybrid actuator based on the digital hydraulic power management system are reduced by 61% and 47%,respectively;the hydraulic accumulator of the hybrid actuator based on the digital hydraulic power management system can handle local power peaks,the input power of the system does not fluctuate greatly,and the energy consumption is also greatly reduced;the hybrid actuator based on the digital hydraulic power management system can effectively control the piston position and speed,and has excellent energy efficiency at the same time.
