    摘要:

    磁浮列车受流器与第三轨之间的摩擦很大程度上影响磁浮列车的稳定运行,其中受流器靴板的结构及材质的耐磨程度是重要因素。介绍一种新结构的磁浮列车受流器,并对受流器靴板的材质和选型进行分析。通过试验模拟受流器靴板和第三轨之间的摩擦情况,对比不同材质靴板的性能。结果表明:链条式球磨铸铁受流器靴板具有更优良的耐磨耗性能。

    Abstract:

    The friction between the current collector and the third rail of maglev train greatly affects the stable operation of maglev train, and the structure of current collector shoe plate and the wear resistance of material are important factors. A new structure of current collector for maglev trai was introduced, and the material and type selection of current collector shoe plate were analyzed. Through the experiment simulation of friction between the shoe plate and the third rail, the performances of different material shoe plates were compared.The results show that the chain ball mill cast iron shoe plate has better wear resistance.
