    摘要:

    针对由于雷达天线阵面刚度变弱而引起的天线液压举升动作不同步问题,结合雷达天线结构的特殊性,提出一种基于油液补偿的新型同步控制方案。运用机电液系统联合仿真技术,构建同步控制联合仿真平台进行仿真分析;搭建补油同步控制试验系统,开展同步性能验证。结果表明:仿真和试验结果基本一致;采用该补油同步控制系统,左右举升双油缸的同步控制误差可控制在2 mm以内,满足雷达天线自动架撤的指标要求。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at out-sync problem of antenna hydraulic lifting movement due to increasingly weak stiffness of antenna,combined with the characteristic of antenna structure,a new synchronization control scheme based on oil compensation was put forward.Co-simulation technology of mechanical electronic hydraulic system was applied,and the simulation analysis was carried out by constructing co-simulation platform of synchronization;a synchronous control experiment system for oil compensation was set up,and the synchronous performance verification was carried out.The results show that the simulation and experiment results are coincident basically;by using the oil compensation synchronization control system,the synchronization control error of the left and right lifting double cylinder can be controlled within 2 mm,which meets the auto-erecting index requirement of radar antenna.
