In order to study the intelligent control method of wet spraying machine,with a wet spraying machine device as the research object,Creo was used to build a mechanical model of the robot arm and the model was imported into Automation Studio，and the model was associated with the hydraulic model and electrical control model built by using Automation Studio platform to build electromechanical hydraulic co-simulation model of the wet spraying machine sample.Functional tests were performed in Automation Studio.The results show that the working device of the wet spraying machine in the co-simulation model is functioning correctly,the load change can be effectively fedback through the hydraulic system,the action of the working device can be realized through the electrical system,and the correctness of the simulation model is verified.
