    摘要:

    针对基于倍福PLC搭建的直角坐标标识机械手在标识作业中平稳、准确运动的要求,开发替代PLC内置梯形加减速轨迹的光滑急动S曲线,并对在数值转换过程中引起的精度损失进行三次补偿。对固定标识和飞行标识2种不同的标识类型,分别采用不对称谐波急动AS曲线和正弦急动S曲线进行运动学轨迹规划,可有效实现激光标识设备的平稳运行和准确定位;在所搭建的直角坐标机械手上进行试验验证。结果表明:标识设备各轴运行过程平稳,经过补偿后的终点位置准确。研究成果也可应用于高精度机床的平稳启停和精确定位场合中。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the requirement of the Cartesian coordinate marking manipulator based on Beckhoff PLC to move smoothly and accurately in the marking operation,a smooth jerk S-curve was developed to replace the trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration trajectory built in PLC,and the accuracy loss caused in the numerical conversion process was compensated three times.For two different types of identification,fixed identification and flight identification,asymmetric harmonic jerk AS curve and sinusoidal jerk S curve were used for kinematic trajectory planning,the smooth operation and accurate positioning of laser identification equipment can be effectively realized.The results show that each axis of the identification equipment is stable and the end position is accurate.The research results can also be applied to the smooth start-stop and accurate positioning occasions of high-precision machine tools.
